Shipping policy

Transport and delivery time
Part of our range is directly available from stock, for these products the following applies: shipped within 1 - 3 working days. Some products are supplied by our supplier and a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

Working days are; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with the exception of holidays.

Our products are shipped by our carriers PostNL, DHL, GLS, DPD or Bpost.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery or if the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, you can consult the shipping information sent by e-mail. All of our carriers send an email with the shipping information or leave a map where the package is.

Tracking the order
Of course we send a track & trace code as soon as the order is shipped. This allows the status of the order to be tracked via the carrier's website.

The shipping information on the carrier's website is visible within 48 hours. The track & trace code will be sent by email or text message.
